AquaFlow installs immediately after your water meter, on your side of the line, so all the water entering the building passes through it.
Turbulent to laminar flow
Turbulent water tumbles and churns, carrying air and gas along with it, and the meter counts all of it. Laminar water moves in smooth, parallel layers, which is when meters read most accurately. The valve turns the first kind into the second, so your meter reads water, not air.
Air and gas in the line
Water lines carry pockets of air and gas. The valve compresses them as water passes through, so less of it gets counted at your meter as water.
Steadier pressure
The valve evens out pressure swings in the line. That means less water wasted at fixtures and less wear on valves, seals and equipment downstream.
