- Usage data from analytics and advertising tools, including pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use your information
- To review your utility bills and assess which solutions, if any, fit your facility.
- To contact you about your inquiry by email, text or phone, with your consent.
- To prepare proposals and coordinate site surveys and installations.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.

Utility bills you upload
Bills are used only to review your account and prepare recommendations for your facility. We may share them with engineering partners and installers who help with that review, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your bills or the data in them.
Uploaded files are stored in our customer relationship management system with access limited to staff and partners working on your review. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your bills at any time.
Consent and electronic messages
We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable United States laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You give express consent by checking the consent box on our forms. That consent covers emails, text messages and phone calls, including messages and calls sent using automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, or AI-generated voice or messages.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can reply STOP to any text message. You can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors use our site and to understand the results of our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect usage data as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow these cookies. They load only if you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Our explainer videos play from our own website with the browser's built-in video player. Nothing loads until you press play, and the player sets no cookies.
