Send us a recent bill
Upload an electric bill, plus a water bill if you have one. A photo or PDF is fine.

We review it with our engineering partners
We read your rate, demand charges and usage pattern to see where your facility is losing money.

Site survey
We visit to look at your electrical service, equipment, waterline and roof, whatever applies.

A proposal with the numbers for your site
You get a written proposal for your facility. If the numbers do not support a product, it is not in the proposal.

Installation by licensed crews
Licensed electricians, plumbers and installers do the work, coordinated by us.

Our rule

We only recommend what the numbers support.

If your bill shows little room to save, we will tell you that. A recommendation that does not hold up hurts us as much as it hurts you.
